Once your CRB application forms have been sent to the Criminal Records Bureau you will then be able to track your CRB forms via the CRB's website.

To do this you will need the applicants Form Reference Number (Starts F00...) and their Date of Birth. You can find these details by using the client login section of our website to view all details of the forms.

There are 5 stages to the Criminal Records Bureau tracking and they are detailed below. Stages 1, 2, 3, and 5 are completed by the Criminal Records Bureau and Stage 4 is completed by the local Police stations to the applicants addresses. The point at which CRB checks are usually delayed is at Stage 4. If this happens to any of your CRB checks then ProCRB will automatically chase this at the earliest opportunity and continue to chase until we recieve back the result certificate.
